Gianna Micucci is a lifelong resident of Southern Maine. While she enjoys traveling and experiencing the beauty the world has to offer, Maine has always been home, and she couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. Recently, she and her boyfriend purchased their first home and investment property in Buxton, where they are excited to build their future in the amazing state of Maine.

In addition to helping individuals achieve their real estate goals, Gianna has been a restaurant server for over five years and has worked in the restaurant and service industry for as long as she can remember. Through this experience, she has developed strong skills in communication, time management, empathy, active listening, patience, and adaptability—all of which translate seamlessly into her career in real estate. Her passion for serving others extends beyond the restaurant industry, as she is equally dedicated to guiding clients through the purchase or sale of their homes.
